Women have shattered many glass ceilings during the last year, spearheading a movement to break down internal barriers for gender equity in both business and lifestyle.
InvestmentNews has captured the trailblazing journeys of leading women through its Her Success Matters podcast hosted and founded by CEO, Christine Shaw. Through content that addresses both female leadership and male allyship, Her Success Matters is on a mission to inspire inclusive professional cultures that elevate women in their careers and passions.
In this episode, Christine sits down with Dana D'Auria, Co-Chief Investment Officer of Envestnet, to talk about her passion to drive better client experiences while enhancing ESG investing. Envestnet is a fintech giant and the industry’s largest turnkey asset management platform with $286 billion dollars in assets under management. Through her work, Dana hopes to inspire women to build their wealth while aligning investments with their values and lifestyles.

In this episode, host Christine Shaw discusses with Rosie her historical role as U.S. Treasurer and her current initiatives as she continues to champion women in wealth and empower the next generation of leadership. As Treasurer under the Obama Administration, Rosie oversaw all currency and coin production activities with almost 4,000 employees and an annual budget of $5 billion. She also initiated the efforts to place a portrait of a woman on U.S. currency and received the Hamilton Award – the U.S. Treasury’s highest honor.
